How do I modify or cancel my order?

We understand that life happens fast, and sometimes you need to cancel or modify your order. If that happens, please email us at and let us know! If our team has already shipped out your order, we unfortunately won’t be able to make any modifications- but we will be able to assist you in processing a return.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

We do everything in our power to make sure the item you desire is in stock, and available to purchase… but once and a while we have a demand that is so high, an item does go out of stock before your purchase is made. If that’s the case we’ll reach out to you as quickly as possible, and let you know what your refund and purchase are.

Also, a lot of times even when an item is sold out- there is possibility that it’s being re-stocked in the near future, and you can sign up for text and/or email alerts so that you're notified as soon as the item becomes available for purchase. What are your available payment methods?

Currently, The Kingdom accepts the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you have a gift card or merchandise credit, you’ll be able to use those at check out as well.

How do I redeem my promotional code?

Like our customers, we love a good deal! If you have a discount or promotional code, please provide that at check out! Just note, some exclusions may apply- and we’re only able to accept one promotional at a time.

What if I want to purchase an item that is labeled "Pre-Order"?

We want our customers to have first access to the most exclusive items, even if they haven’t come into stock yet! In order to make these available, we’ll put these items up and mark them as “pre-order” and we’ll do our best to give you an approximate estimated time of arrival. Because of the exclusivity of our pre-order items- we’ll need to charge you for their full amount including shipping and taxes in order to secure the item for you.

You’ll receive an email confirming the purchase after you check out, but our e-commerce team will reach out to you again once the item comes in and is on it’s way to you. If for some reason you want to cancel the order before you receive it- you’re able to do so, just send us an email at, and note: our standard return policy does apply. At this time, promotional or discount codes aren’t able to be applied to pre-order items.

Can I place an order over the phone?

If you’d prefer to place your online order over the phone, give us a call at 818.912.6990. Someone will be available to help you complete your purchase Monday – Friday, 10a-5pm PST.

How quickly will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday – Friday, from 10a – 5pm PST from our Calabasas Warehouse. We ship out the orders that have requested expediting shipping first, and once your order goes out you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

What are your shipping rates and options?

We currently offer three ship speed options, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day.

Our rates are:
UPS Ground (delivery within 3-5 business days) - Free
UPS Second Day Air (delivery on the second business day) - $20
UPS Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day) - $35

Please note- these transit times are estimates only, and The Kingdom isn’t responsible for any delivery rescheduling that may occur during shipping.

Also, unfortunately we’re unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Can I pick up my order at your store?

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer in-store pick up at this time.

Do you ship Internationally?

The Kingdom doesn’t currently offer International Shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once our e-commerce team has shipped out your package, you’ll receive an email confirmation that contains the tracking information for your order. If for some reason you don’t receive your shipping confirmation, email us at with your order number, and we’ll be happy to resend it to you.

What if i want to return an item?

We’re happy to accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you’d like to make a return, send us an email at, and we’ll send you a UPS return shipping label- you can then drop off your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location.

At this time we are offering free shipping for all returns and exchanges.

In order to prevent possible damage during transit, we ask that you repackage your order using the original packaging. (If the item isn’t packaged correctly and is damaged as a result, we won’t be able to accept the return). For an item to be eligible for return, it must be sent back new, unused, and in their original condition- with all Kingdom, and designer tags still attached. If the tags aren’t attached, we’ll be unable to process your return, and your order will be sent back to you.

Items that are on sale, or discounted at 40% off or more are considered FINAL SALE, and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Also, repeated returns made by our customers will be monitored, and if we feel a customer is making excessive and repeated returns, your account may be suspended.

If you’re undecided as to whether or not you’ll be keeping an item, please take extra care with your order to ensure that it’s able to be returned.

Here are some best practices:

BAGS: Please leave on all protective wrapping, to prevent scratching on shiny or sensitive services. Be extra careful with bags that are light colored, because dark clothing or denim can transfer dye to them.

SHOES: When trying on shoes, do so on a carpeted surface and be careful to not scratch the soles or damage the shoe box in anyway. If you’re returning shoes, they must include the dust bag, undamaged box, and extra taps if applicable- these are considered as part of the product. Please return the shoe box wrapped int the original packaging and shipping box to prevent damage to the shoe box during shipping.

COLORS: We’ve made every possible effort to display the colors of our products as accurately to how they look in real life as possible. However, the color displays on phones, tablets, and desktop computers can vary, and we can’t guarantee what you’re looking at will show the color of the item you’re purchasing with 100% accuracy.

Lastly, we QC and inspect all of out merchandise before it’s sent out to you. If you find that the product you received isn’t in brand new condition or defective in anyway, please email us at as soon as possible.

What if I want to Exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at with your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for. If the item you’d like to exchange is in-stock, we’ll place it on hold for you- then ship it out to you as soon as we receive your original purchase.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your correctly returned and undamaged item, we’ll issue you a store credit or refund to your original payment method. Once our team has received and accepted your return, you can expect it to be processed within 3-5 business days. Once the return is issued, we’ll notify you via email- but please note that that your banking institution may need a few more days to process your return transaction, please contact them with additional questions.
